A hotel pool is shared by all the guests (sometimes thousands). Your screened-in lanai is just for your party. We've also included patio furniture for pool-side dining and a generous supply of beach towels. Many pool areas also have hot tubs.
2- Room to Relax.
A typical hotel room will have 350 square feet of space. A large suite may only double that. Our homes have up to 3200 square feet with separate living areas, bedrooms, and full kitchens. We can accommodate almost any sleeping arrangement, as our homes have king, queen, and twin size beds.
3- Highlands Reserve Neighborhood.
In a peaceful location set amongst pine trees, citrus groves, and a 72 par golf course, Highlands Reserve offers an elegant community of luxury homes. Highland's neighborhood also includes a children's play area, community pool and tennis court.
4- Full Kitchens.
You have the flexibility of eating out or dining in from your own kitchen. Every Tangerine Suite has fully furnished kitchens that include toasters, microwaves, full refrigerators and ovens, dishes and utensils, cookware, and a supply of kitchen linen.

Every Tangerine Suite is located within a short drive to Disney World and also near Central Florida's other majar attractions. In addition, all properties are within 3 miles of our 24-hour Welcome Center. Because of our central location, there are also a variety of restaurants and major shopping areas to choose from.
6- Real Laundry Area
Bringing a group for a week? Don't pack as if you're going on safari. We have full size washers and dryers in every home that are free to use.
7- Private Parking.
Don't worry about valet parking or leaving your car in an unsupervised lot. Each Tangerine Suite has a two car garage and drive-way.
8- Highlands Reserve Golf Course.
All Tangerine Suites are situated around the Highlands Reserve award-winning par 72 golf course. Guests enjoy spectacular views of fairways, greens and tees. Many homes also border conservation lands.
